Please read these terms carefully before using our psychology practice management platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using our psychology practice management platform ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Our platform provides comprehensive practice management tools specifically designed for mental health professionals, including but not limited to:

  • Clinical notes and documentation
  • Patient management and scheduling
  • Billing and insurance processing
  • Assessment tools and outcome tracking
  • Secure messaging and communication
  • Analytics and reporting

3. HIPAA Compliance and Privacy

We are committed to maintaining the privacy and security of protected health information (PHI) in accordance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). Our platform includes:

  • End-to-end encryption of all data
  • Secure data storage and transmission
  • Access controls and audit logging
  • Business Associate Agreements (BAA) available upon request

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of our platform, you agree to:

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with professional standards
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including HIPAA
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the system
  • Report any security incidents or breaches immediately

5. Professional Standards

Users must maintain appropriate professional licenses and certifications. The platform is designed to support but not replace professional judgment. Users remain solely responsible for all clinical decisions and patient care.

6. Data Ownership and Portability

You retain ownership of all patient data and clinical information entered into the platform. We provide data export capabilities to ensure you can access and transfer your data at any time.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We will provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance when possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you will have 90 days to export your data before it is permanently deleted.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or through the platform interface.
